Speaker Presentation Upload – User Guide

1. Purpose

The upload system is designed to:

• Ensure smooth session transitions
• Prevent technical issues on-site
• Allow the organizing team to verify compatibility and readiness

2. Accepted File Formats

Please upload your presentation in one of the following formats:

• .pptx (recommended)
• .ppt
• .pdf (optional backup version)

3. File Requirements

• Maximum file size: (e.g., 100 MB )
• File name format:
  SessionNumber_LastName_FirstName_Date.pptx
• Ensure all fonts, images, and media are embedded
• Avoid external links or dependencies

4. Submission Process

1. Complete the required fields in the form:
   • Full Name
   • Email Address
   • Affiliation
   • Session Title / Name
   • Presentation Title
2. Upload your file using the Upload button
3. Click Submit
4. You will receive a confirmation message with:
   • A submission link for access/review
   • A copy of your submission

5. Multiple Presentations

If you are presenting in more than one session:
➡️ Please submit a separate upload for each session

6. Deadlines

• Recommended submission: at least 48 hours before your session
• Final deadline: (to be specified)

Late submissions may not be guaranteed full technical support.

7. On-Site Instructions

Even if you uploaded your presentation:

• Bring a backup copy on USB
• Visit the speaker ready desk at least the day before your session

8. Modifications

• You may update your presentation by submitting a new version
• The latest uploaded file will be considered as final

9. Technical Recommendations

To ensure optimal display:

• Use standard fonts (Arial, Calibri, etc.)
• Use 16:9 format
• Test animations and videos
• Avoid heavy files or complex transitions
